Join us on Sunday afternoon for a first-time event for Everyday Wellbeing! A Workshop with Dreamworker and Yoga Teacher: Tzivia Gover

According to Yogic sages, joy is the center of our being. In this workshop, we will draw on yogic philosophy and mindfulness practices to engage with our subconscious minds, especially our nighttime dreams, for insight, healing, and to help us move through emotional blocks and connect with the joy and bliss at the center of our beings.
Tzivia will share tools and strategies for dream recall and how to become an active dreamer. She’ll guide us through meditations, visualizations, and breathing exercises, and lead us into journaling prompts aligned with yogic philosophy. This is not an asana workshop, so we will not be practicing yoga poses.
This event is free and open to all. Donations are appreciated, but not expected.

Qigong
Qigong is a gentle, healing practice that incorporates slow movements, deep breathing, self massage, and meditation. It’s easier on the joints than many yoga postures and is especially gentle on the knees, wrists and shoulders. A mostly standing practice that is over 5,000 years old, Western research has proven Qigong's healing and preventative health effects.
Tai Chi
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. Initially developed for combat and self-defense, it has evolved into a gentle, low-impact form of exercise in which practitioners perform a series of deliberate, flowing motions while focusing on deep, slow breaths. Often referred to as "meditation in motion," tai chi aims to concentrate and balance the body's qi (vital energy) and provides benefits to mental and physical health.
