Yoga Outside, which grew into Everyday Wellbeing, began as a simple concept: offer a daily, consistent yoga practice outside at Andrew’s Greenhouse free to all (thanks to Jacqui Cowles!).
We believe in the transformative power of daily practice, but we also recognize that it is financially out of reach for many. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to make vibrant wellbeing accessible to all by providing donation-based classes, workshops, and events that empower people to live their healthiest lives.
What began with humble roots has grown into a cherished community. In addition to daily yoga, we now offer meditation practice, Tai Chi, Qigong, nature walks, informative lectures, workshops, health coaching … and much more to come!
Since we began in 2016, we have offered over 1100 outdoor classes, 250 online classes, and over 650 (and counting) indoor classes!
We are deeply grateful for everyone who has been part of our journey and we are excited to continue our growth. We dream, one day, of a dedicated space with programming all day, every day, free for all, young and old and inbetween, where everyone is welcome to explore life-enhancing practices.
