Join us for a Potluck Celebration!
Daily Outdoor Yoga begins Monday, June 9th down by the pond at Andrews Greenhouse
The Munson Library provided a warm, beautiful place for us all winter. So much gratitude to the town of Amherst for making this space available to so many.
The indoor season is coming to a close, but we’ll be back in November. In the meantime, we start outdoors at Andrews on Monday, June 9th. Thanks to Andy and Jacqui Cowles and everyone at Andrews, you can start your day with a moment of calm down by the pond at 8 AM. We’ll be there (or in a nearby greenhouse) every day, rain or shine.
To celebrate the beginning of our 10th summer, and the one year anniversary of Everyday Wellbeing’s incorporation as a nonprofit, we’re hosting a Potluck Celebration at the Munson Library on Friday, June 6 at 6:00 PM. All are welcome!
RSVP so we know you’re coming.

A note about change.
Some have shared concerns about the growth of Everyday Wellbeing and the direction we're headed. We’ve heard worries about overcrowded classes, discomfort with Givebutter’s processing fees for the 365 Campaign, and hesitation around using an app for attendance tracking.
We hear you.
To be clear, our core offering of 8:00 AM yoga and meditation is not changing. These beloved classes remain at the heart of what we do. They are the foundation of our community and will continue to be.
In March, we hosted an open visioning event attended by 25 community members. Together, we explored possibilities for broadening access to what we cherish about morning yoga. The shared dream that emerged was to expand our offerings of free and donation-based programming to be available all day, every day, for all ages, and in multiple locations.
This expansion is not a departure from our roots; it is a continuation of them.
The 365 Campaign is essential to making this vision a reality as we move towards hiring someone dedicated to carrying this work forward. We need someone who can represent us in the broader community, fundraise with local businesses, apply for grants, manage volunteers, and help us grow sustainably.
I remain deeply committed to this work and this community. And, even with an expanded board of devoted volunteers, I cannot carry this vision alone.
It is our heartfelt hope that what you’ve come to love about Yoga Outside and Everyday Wellbeing will continue to be steady, grounding, and familiar even as we open our doors wider. Together, we can grow this community with care and intention, creating space for all to feel well, seen, and supported.

How Everyday Wellbeing Works
There is no charge for any of our offerings. All of our teachers and providers donate their services, time, and expertise and receive only the money deposited into the donation box (or sent to their personal Venmo). We all gratefully appreciate this expression of appreciation, AND donations are never expected.
It is important and central to the mission of Everyday Wellbeing that all events are free and open. Everyone is welcome regardless of their ability to donate.
Support Our Work
If you have the means, a donation to Everyday Wellbeing moves us toward improved wellbeing by supporting our mission to make vibrant health accessible to all by offering free, donation-based classes, workshops, and events.
Every donation supports our mission to empower people to live their healthiest lives. Every dollar is tax-deductible and allows us to offer a wider variety of programming to reach more people.
We acknowledge your donations by email. If you don’t receive a heartfelt thank you and a receipt (for tax purposes), please check your junk folder for an email from Givebutter.com. Thank you!
What a gift to your community to have and offer Everyday Wellbeing. Wishing you the best as you hold the vision in growing this amazing community and offerings.
