Celebrate being inside and moving together.

Nature Walk

Wentworth Farm
Bundle up and join us for a walk in a winter wonderland.
We will meet at the Kiwanis Field parking lot, off Stanley Street, at 11:00 AM. The walk is approximately 1.5 miles with no elevation. It is accessible in winter weather with boots with winter tread. Crampons or YakTrax are also highly recommended.
See you Saturday morning at 11:00 AM after the dance!

Everyday Wellbeing is here for you. Yoga still happens everyday 8:00 - 9:00 AM at the Munson Library in South Amherst. If we have a weather-related cancellation — which is rare — we’ll post it on the calendar and on our Facebook page by 7 AM.
A silent period of Meditation Practice also happens every day 9:10-9:30 AM right after yoga. Come enjoy 20 minutes of sitting-in-(relative)-silence in good company. No experience necessary. All you need is a desire to notice the mind at work and give it an opportunity to rest a bit.
Qigong happens every Saturday 9:15-10:00 AM. Again, no experience is necessary. Those new to Qigong are always welcome to learn a gentle, standing, meditative practice to balance and cultivate life force energy. This all important measure of vitality is called prana in yogic practices and Qi in Chinese disciplines. No matter what we call it, you’ll notice a difference all day long!
