Everyday Wellbeing began with the conviction that vibrant health should be within reach for all. We exist to lower barriers and enable everyone to benefit from the practices and information that enhance health.
Our mission is simple: make wellbeing accessible by offering donation-based classes, workshops, and events that empower people to live their healthiest lives regardless of background or income. Yoga Outside began almost ten years ago (with the inspiration and generosity of Jacqui Cowles at Andrew’s Greenhouse) with a simple vision: make yoga freely accessible to everyone, EVERY DAY. We envision a world where access to tools and practices that promote mental, emotional, and physical health is not the domain of a few, but a shared reality for all.
Today, we expand that vision. From yoga, meditation, dances, and qigong classes to workshops on bone health, balance, nutrition, and more, every event is offered freely. We create welcoming, inclusive spaces where people reconnect with themselves and each other to build lasting wellbeing. Our community-based offerings open doors that are often closed by cost or circumstance. Programming is open to all, because everyone deserves access to vibrant health and connection.
Now, we’re ready to grow!
I am excited to announce the launch our first annual fund drive.
To deepen our impact across a wider segment of the community, we’re raising funds to hire our first Executive Director. We are committed to finding a dedicated leader who is passionate about individual and community wellness, and who will help us expand programs, build partnerships, and shape a sustainable future.
We recognize that there are a multitude of worthy causes seeking your support. I like to think of Everyday Wellbeing as a CSA. Amherst is home to one of the first Community-Supported Agricultural Farms in the country, Brookfield Farm, and it is fitting that it should also be the birthplace of community-supported wellbeing.
With your contribution, we can:
Keep every class and workshop free and donation-based
Expand our offerings to schools and underserved communities
Ensure fair compensation for instructors and providers
Invest in long-term infrastructure for sustainable, community-led growth
Every dollar you give helps shape a future where everyone can thrive. Your support moves us toward a world where self-care, mental health, and community engagement aren’t luxuries, but essential, accessible components of a well-balanced life.
👉 Donate Now! Any amount helps us take this bold step forward.
Let’s grow toward a healthier, more connected world—together.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Linda Castronovo, Board President
On behalf of the Everyday Wellbeing Board of Directors

How Everyday Wellbeing Works
There is no charge for any of our offerings. All of our teachers and providers donate their services, time, and expertise and receive only the money deposited into the donation box (or sent to their personal Venmo). We all gratefully appreciate this expression of appreciation, AND donations are never expected.
It is important and central to the mission of Everyday Wellbeing that all events are free and open. Everyone is welcome regardless of their ability to donate.
Support Our Work
If you have the means, a donation to Everyday Wellbeing moves us toward improved wellbeing by supporting our mission to make vibrant health accessible to all by offering free, donation-based classes, workshops, and events.
We are building capacity to receive donations in multiple ways, but right now you can make a donation via Venmo @everydaywellbeingMA, or by mailing a check to Everyday Wellbeing to 5 Edgewood Terrace, Hadley MA 01035.
Every donation supports our mission to empower people to live their healthiest lives. Every dollar is tax-deductible and allows us to offer a wider variety of programming to reach more people.
We acknowledge your donations by email. If you don’t receive a heartfelt thank you, please check your junk folder for an email from info@everydaywellbeing.org. Then move it to your primary inbox so you never miss an update. Thank you!

Help us build a compelling campaign.
And, as Usual…
We are here for you. Yoga happens everyday 8:00 - 9:00 AM at the Munson Library in South Amherst until early June when we will move back outside at Andrew’s Greenhouse (for our 10th year)!
A silent period of Meditation Practice also happens every day 9:10-9:30 AM right after yoga. Come enjoy 20 minutes of sitting-in-silence in good company. No experience necessary. All you need is a desire to notice the mind at work and give it an opportunity to rest a bit.
Qigong happens every Saturday 9:15-10:00 AM. Again, no experience is necessary. Those new to Qigong are always welcome to learn this gentle, standing, meditative practice to balance and cultivate life force energy. This all important measure of vitality is called prana in yogic practices and Qi in Chinese disciplines. No matter what we call it, you’ll notice a difference in your energy all day long!
