Free Online Training: Yoga for Bone Health
Monday, December 16th | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Zoom
We’re thrilled to offer a free online training on Yoga for Bone Health, featuring Masha Leuner, a Brookline-based yoga teacher specializing in yoga for those with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
While virtual presentations aren’t always ideal, Zoom allows us to connect with Masha and benefit from her deep knowledge on this important topic for a fraction of the cost of an in-person training.
Masha studied with Dr. Loren Fishman, author of Yoga for Osteoporosis and leader of groundbreaking research that found that 12 specific yoga poses practiced for just 12 minutes a day over two years led to improved bone density.
During this training, Masha will share:
Key yoga poses for improving bone health.
Essential modifications and contraindications for students with low bone density.
Specific cues and techniques that encourage increased bone density.
This training is free to all, though we welcome donations to cover Masha’s $200 fee and to support the work of Everyday Wellbeing. (You can donate via Venmo @everydaywellbeingMA or by check payable to Everyday Wellbeing). Thank you!
Additional Details:
The Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants by 10 AM, the morning of the training.
Can’t attend live? Can’t attend the whole training? No problem! A recording will be available to everyone who registers.
👉 Register here by Sunday, December 15th to join us on Monday.
We look forward to seeing you on December 16th for this empowering and informative event!

Stay Grounded This Holiday Season
The holidays are right around the corner—a time of joy, connection, and, let’s be honest, a little chaos too! Amid the busyness, it’s more important than ever to carve out space for yourself.
Our 8 AM yoga classes will continue, every day of the week, throughout the season. We hope to offer you time and space to start your day with movement, mindfulness, and a dose of calm before diving into the festivities.
Whether you need a break from the holiday hustle or just a moment to breathe, we’re here for you. Let’s keep showing up together, one morning at a time.
See you at 8 AM at the Munson!
