Yoga Indoors continues. We begin our 8th summer at Andrews soon!

Hello Yoga Outside Community,

I am writing to you from our new home on substack. We will still keep emails to a minimum, but this should make managing our email list a bit easier.

I will be in Wyoming for most of the summer this year, but Erin Schifferli will take over coordinating our group until I return in late September.

Outdoor Season begins June 10, 2023

We start outside at Andrews Greenhouse on Saturday, June 10 with new and returning teachers. Seven days a week 8:00-9:00 AM

Partner Yoga 

Partner Yoga offers an all-levels Yoga class including centering breath, postures, and a final relaxation. Practicing with a partner allows us to explore new depths within our range of motion. Join us as we have fun connecting in this collaborative class. No experience necessary, modifications offered.
